For our sellers
If you currently have your house advertised with us, rest assured that we are doing what we can to continue advertising and generating interest. We can now undertake on-site visits, and we are in contact with potential buyers by email, phone and video-conferencing.
Now is a perfect opportunity to gather together all the documentation that you will need in the event of a sale. For example, have you undertaken renovation of building works (such as converting a barn or installing a pool)? If so, it would be a good idea to prepare a file with all your planning permission paperwork – including the document the attests that the work is finished. Should you have any questions about the documents you will need for a sale, get in touch.
If you currently have a sale going through, we have already contacted your notaire trying, to ensure that the sale progresses, if needs be by proxy. We will be in contact with you to advise on our progress.
If you are thinking of putting your property on the market, contact us now so that we can discuss the process with you. It will shortly be the perfect season for photos of the outside of your property and its garden etc. It is possible that we will not be able to come at very short notice and so don’t miss the moment – contact us to ask what sort of photos are best etc. We can then use them when the time comes. We are able to sign mandates electronically, so we may be able to get your property on the market sooner than you think.
For our buyers
We can now undertake onsite visits, and prior to onsite visits we have plenty of photos and plans of properties – we can discuss these with you by phone, email or video-conference. You can either contact us or register with us through the website – this will keep you up-to-date with any new properties and updates. When visiting properties you will be asked to wear a mask, and not to touch door handles, light switches etc in the properties that we visit.
If you currently have a purchase going through, we have already contacted your notaire, trying to ensure that the purchase progresses, if needs be by proxy. We will be in contact with you to advise on our progress.
