Ground floor

The front door opens directly into the living room (32.5m2) with parquet flooring and a fireplace with a wood stove. At the end of the living room, a door opens to the kitchen (20m2), large enough for a dining table. The kitchen has a range of fitted units, a central island and a part-glazed door that opens to the lane.

To the rear of the kitchen a corridor leads to a separate toilet, a bathroom (6m2) with shower and bathtub and the boiler room (31m2) which also has a door that opens directly to the lane.
